Lake lot with club house, golf course, swimming pool, etc
I inherited a lake lot from my grandmother several years ago and we have been paying the taxes (only about $10 a year) and the membership fees ($144.00 a year) for about 8 years, and have no intention of building on the lot. If you are a camper, you can camp on the lot from April to October, if you are a golfer, the greens fees are minimal……it’s a great piece of land for little price. If you would like to know more, write me at debbyinkc3@yahoo.com. I am willing to let it go for around $500 just to get rid of it. The lot is 70 feet wide and 130 feet deep. It is totally undeveloped, no electricity, no water, etc. however there are no trees to have to get rid of, it just needs mowing.
