Board cuts services for 2007
This bright orange rock on the road was a part of the cut in services announced by the Board of Directors after the defeat of the $25 annual increase failed. This picture was taken the weekend of May 11, 2007. There is a water run-off culvert that has collapsed in the road. The reflector is part of the design so that night-time drivers are given notice of the problem. Hopefully this culvert will be repaired by memorial day 2007 but don't count on it. The board is taking every measure to get through the year without having to use money from the golf cart path fund or borrow money again from the pump-truck replacement fund as it did last year.
