SVL Gets New Gravel Truck
The Association should be proud of the recent acquisition of this dump truck. This truck is used for various purposes. First, the truck is used to deliver and dump the gravel on the roads at Sugar Valley and Hidden Valley Lakes. Even though very little gravel was actually dumped on the roads this year, there will surely be more in future years. The truck is also used to haul materials for use in our golf course. The Association was able to purchase this truck from insurance funds when the old truck was over turned by one of the maintenance employees. According to the same rumor, the same employee destroyed one of the older sewage pump trucks. This employee was purportedly later fired after management was unable to ascertain that a current drivers license being maintained by the employee.
