Our Mission

The Mission of this site is to provide a forum for open, honest and complete discussion of the issues pertaining to the current and future owners of Sugar/Hidden Valley Lakes and the surrounding community.

The initial goals are shown below:

1. Establish and maintain a continuing open, honest, and complete discussion between all property owners, the Homes Association, and the community of all issues pertaining to the Sugar/Hidden Valley Lakes subdivision.
2. Promote the proper, fair and equitable use of the money collected from property owners.
3. Increase the use of the private properties and common areas of the Sugar/Hidden Valley Lakes subdivisions.
4. Help preserve the legal rights of all Sugar/Hidden Valley Lakes property owners as declared in the subdivision plats, deeds, declarations and Kansas and Federal law.
